General terms and conditions of business
1) Scope
1.1
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "GTC") apply to all contracts concluded between FadedDreams (hereinafter "Seller") and the customer (consumer or businessperson) for the purchase of goods via the online shop. Deviating terms and conditions of the customer shall not apply unless the Seller has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.
1.2
A consumer within the meaning of these Terms and Conditions is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person, or partnership with legal capacity, who, when concluding the transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent activity.
1.3
Depending on the product description, the subject matter of the contract may be either a one-time delivery or a recurring delivery within the framework of a subscription agreement.
1.4
If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address when placing the order and the package cannot be delivered as a result, a refund will only be issued after the shipment has been automatically returned to the seller by the shipping company. 2) Conclusion of contract
The products presented in the online shop do not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather serve as an opportunity for the customer to submit an offer. By completing the ordering process, the customer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.
The contract is concluded as soon as the seller performs one of the following actions:
– Confirmation of the order by email
– Shipping of the ordered goods
– Payment request to the customer
The seller is entitled to accept the offer within five days. If no acceptance is received within this period, the offer shall be deemed rejected.
3) Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the separate cancellation policy on the seller's website.
4) Prices and payment terms
4.1
All prices listed in the online shop are final prices including VAT. Any applicable shipping costs will be shown separately during the ordering process.
4.2
For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may apply (e.g. bank charges, customs duties or taxes), which must be borne by the customer.

5) Delivery and shipping conditions
5.1
Delivery will be made to the address provided by the customer during the ordering process. When using PayPal, the delivery address stored there is decisive.
5.2
The delivery time is usually three to five working days within Germany and four to seven working days within the EU, unless otherwise stated for the product.
5.3
Should delivery of the goods fail due to incorrect information provided by the customer or for other reasons for which the customer is responsible and the goods are returned to the seller by the shipping service provider, the customer shall bear the costs of the unsuccessful delivery.
5.4
It is not possible for the customer to collect the goods themselves.
5.5
If the customer refuses to accept the delivery without a valid reason, the seller reserves the right to retain 30% of the value of the goods as a flat-rate processing and shipping fee. The remaining 70% will be refunded upon receipt of the goods.
6) Contract duration and termination of subscriptions
Subscriptions are concluded for an indefinite period and can be canceled by the customer at any time in writing or by email. Any shipments already made are non-refundable.
7) Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been made.
8) Liability for defects
The statutory provisions on warranty (liability for defects) apply.
9) Promotional vouchers
Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed within the specified period. The terms and conditions for redemption are set out in the respective voucher. Cash payment or subsequent crediting to previously completed orders is excluded.
10) Applicable law
All legal relationships shall be governed exclusively by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
11) Alternative dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which can be accessed at the following link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
The seller is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
12) Refund Policy
12.1
Once the order has been completed, cancellation or changes are no longer possible, as processing and shipping preparation begins immediately.
12.2
Returns must be registered in advance by email to businessfd@gmx.de . The return address is:

12.3
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We will not accept returns without postage paid.
12.4
After receipt and successful inspection of the returned goods, the refund will be made within 14 days using the original payment method used.
12.5
Refunds will only be issued for unworn, undamaged, and fully tags-affected items. Items with signs of wear, damage, or missing tags are non-refundable and will be returned at the customer's expense.
13) Consequences of revocation
In the event of a valid cancellation, we will refund all payments received, less the flat rate specified in section 5.5. The refund will be made no later than 14 days after receipt and positive inspection of the returned item, using the original payment method. Returns will only be accepted if the goods are in perfect, unused condition.
