• You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

• The period begins on the day on which you or a person designated by you (who is not the shipping service provider) receives the goods.

No right of withdrawal for personalized goods

• There is no right of withdrawal for individually manufactured products that are tailored to your personal wishes (e.g. personalized clothing).

• Legal basis: Section 312g paragraph 2 no. 1 BGB.

Exercise of the right of withdrawal

• To exercise your right of withdrawal, send a clear statement by email to: businessfd@gmx.de

• Alternatively, you can send your declaration by post (see return address below).

• To meet the deadline, it is sufficient if you send the cancellation notice before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

• In case of a valid cancellation, we will refund all payments, except for delivery costs.

• The refund will be made using the same payment method you used when placing the order, unless otherwise agreed.

• The refund will be made no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods or proof of their return - whichever occurs first.

• There are no additional fees for the refund.

Return costs and risk

• You as the buyer bear the costs of the return.

• The risk of damage or loss during return transport also rests with you.

• Please pack the goods securely and safely for transport.

Condition of the returned goods

• A refund will only be issued if the item is unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging.

• You are only liable for any loss of value if this is caused by handling the goods that goes beyond checking their properties and function.

Important note on order and cancellation processing

• Please note that changes or cancellations to your order are no longer possible once processing has begun.

• Our processes are automated, so please check your order carefully before submitting it.
