You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. The date the goods are delivered to the customer is decisive for compliance with the deadline.

Registration of return

If you wish to return an item, please send a short email to: businessfd@gmx.de within the 14-day return period.

Please include your order number and the reason for the return (optional) in your email so that we can process your request quickly.

Note: We cannot process requests via social networks such as Instagram or other platforms. Please use only the email address listed above.

⚠️ Returns to other addresses cannot be accepted . We reserve the right to refuse such shipments. Refunds are not possible in these cases.

Return costs

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure your return is sufficiently stamped. Unfortunately, we cannot accept postage-paid shipments .

Condition of the returned goods

A return is only possible if the goods are in perfect, unworn, unused and original condition .
Important:

• Labels and hangtags must be intact and original and attached to the goods.
• Items with signs of wear, stains, or removed tags are excluded from the right of return.
• Any returns that are not in perfect condition will be sent back to you at your expense.

A refund will be issued once your return has been received and inspected at the fulfillment center.
This verification process can take up to 7 business days . After successful verification, the purchase amount will be refunded to the payment method used for the order.

2. After confirmation, send the goods with sufficient postage to the specified return address.

3. After verification, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within a few days.
